For Business Clients (B2B)

• All purchases are final once payment is received.
• No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed after the agreement is confirmed and paid, unless required by law.

For Private Consumers (B2C)

• By ordering our services or digital content, you agree that the service may start immediately.

• You lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service is in progress or the digital content is delivered.

• After delivery, you cannot cancel your order or request a refund.

• Your statutory rights regarding the quality of digital content and services are not affected.
