For Business Clients (B2B)
- All purchases are final once payment is received.
- No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed after the agreement is confirmed and paid, unless required by law.
For Private Consumers (B2C)

By ordering our services or digital content, you agree that the service may start immediately.

You lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service is in progress or the digital content is delivered.

After delivery, you cannot cancel your order or request a refund.

Your statutory rights regarding the quality of digital content and services are not affected.
